It is made of PP and PE. It comes not only an upgraded salad cutter bowl, but also a lemon & orange squeezer. All parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. There is a "sink" around the bottom base to avoid juice spilling onto the counter. Keep your counters clean & dry. Company logo and name can be imprinted.
